Rasberry Muffins

I made these yesterday afterschool..thinking they'd be a nice warm after school snack:) I was informed by Maddie that she doesnt like rasberries & Jack only took one bite & he was done. John & I on the otherhand thought they were great, so in case you want to try here's the recipe:
Mom & Dad Rasberries Muffins
Mix wet ingredients first,.
1 egg,
1 cup of buttermilk or just plan old milk
1/4 cup of canola oil
1/4 cup of honey or 1/2 cup sugar

Then add dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt & baking soda

Pecans optional...
Fold in..1 cup rasberries or other berry preference

Bake 375 for 20 - 25 min. in buttered muiffin tin.

Enjoy with a warm bev!!
